Dedicated Voice training studios
I am a singing teacher with over twenty years’ experience, gained since I graduated from Trinity College of Music (dip TCL).
I was director of music at Milbourne Lodge School for ten years and many of my pupils achieved music scholarships to Eton, St Paul’s, Winchester and Charterhouse.
I now work at Wilkes Academy of Performing Arts, Judith Hockaday Dance and Tanwood school of performing arts, as well as continuing with my private practice.
I am also a freelance opera singer and perform regularly.
I teach a variety of vocal styles from classical, music theatre, pop, jazz and rock. I have studied Estill to level 2 and Core to level 2 and use a variety of techniques in lessons to suit the repertoire and the student.
I have taught BTec to level 5 and have trained school orchestras and choirs. Several of my pupils are in the Nationsl Youth Choir and many have gone on to have successful professional careers as performers.
