Sophie Garner is a professional singer and teacher with over 25 years in the music business. Teaching in all contemporary styles from RnB, Pop and Rock through to Indie, Folk and Jazz.
Sophie teaches and passes on her invaluable experience and knowledge and prepares you for becoming a singer. Breathing, posture, mic technique, vocal problems, building confidence, stage nerves,extending your range, building your power, choosing the sings to suit you, song writing, harmony, basic music theory.
Sophie offers one to one lessons from her studio in Northamptonshire plus group workshops at schools, colleges, festivals, and within the corporate sector. She also gives specific tuition in preparation for X Factor and Britians Got Talent auditions. Sophie records the lessons so you have something to take home and practice with.
All backing tracks and music is included in the lesson fee.

Sophie Garner is a professional singer, songwriter and vocal coach. Starting out her career as an actress she performed with the National Youth Theatre working with award winning comedy writer and actor Matt Lucas (Little Britain) and the late great film composer Lionel Bart (Oliver Twist).
Sophie has recorded several albums and supported The Sugababes, Will Young and Mc Fly. She was the very first performer to sing at the O2 Arena in London, has toured extensively throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East and was part of the vocal coaching team for The Voice Kids 2017.
Having experienced her own struggles, Sophie has also worked to form a support group called VoxOp – The UK’s first and only support group for singers with vocal issues.
