She currently teaches solo and ensemble/choral singing at five schools and three synagogues with 90 pupils aged 4-84. She also conducts and guests conducts with various choirs.
She specialises in acting through song, refining vocal technique, generally building confidence and bringing happiness through singing and performing… !
Her students range from complete beginners to those training professionally at drama school.
Miri is fully-versed in the ABRSM exams, having obtained Grade 8 Distinction in piano, flute and singing.
All of her students receive a fully-comprehensive classical vocal training – whether or not their focus is the classical style. Children and adults alike work on developing their voice and enjoyment of performing and characterisation, with the option to advance through the singing grades if they so wish.
