Martin Rendle

Martin Rendle LLCM, FASC, FGMS attained his performer’s diploma of Licentiate at the London College of Music, is a Fellow of the Guild of Musicians and Singers and a Fellow of the Academy of Saint Cecilia. He is a Tenor singer and regularly performs  Opera, Operetta and Oratorio.

Martin is an experienced singing teacher and has worked in a number of educational establishments and drama schools, as well as teaching at his own studio in St Nicholas at Wade. His pupils range from children to adults and include experienced professional performers from theatre and television.

Martin teaches singing at Chatham House School, at Duke of Yorks Royal Military School Dover, and Wellesley House Broadstairs.

He is also the Musical Director for Kent Police Male Voice Choir and the Thanet Male Voice Choir and also works as a freelance workshop leader and vocal animateur. He has worked on a number of education and outreach projects both in schools and in the community for Glyndebourne Opera, East Sussex Music Service, Mencap and Canterbury Christ Church University.
