 Private Teachers

I am a freelance professional opera singer and vocal coach. I graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in London. My many singing engagements include performances at Glyndebourne Festival and Tour, Barbican, St.Martin-in-the-Fields, St James Piccadilly, Rhosygilwen, Cardigan Guildhall and The Grand Dukes Official 2013 birthday in Luxembourg. Recent engagements included Glyndebourne Festival and Tour 2017. In Autumn 2016 Irina performed the role of Cousin in Madama Butterfly with Glyndebourne on Tour.

Alongside my singing career I have been teaching music (voice, beginners piano and music theory) to musicians of various levels and ages.

If you are looking to improve your singing technique or prepare for an exam or performance, I will gladly teach or coach you; if music lessons are new to you, I am happy to help you discover the joy of music, while gradually developing your skill.

Over the past few years I have taught and coached both children and adults at various stages of their musical development. I have coached Russian vocal music to conservatoire students and professional singers with international careers.

I have also taught children from as young as 4 years old to 12 year old teenagers. In working with children, my expertise is not limited to classical music and opera, but also includes pop, jazz and musical theatre.
