She is known globally as the featured soprano in “Yanni, Live at the Acropolis” seen by over 1.5 Billion viewers and as the tambourine-waving choir nun and real life music director and production vocal coach in both “Sister Act” films with Whoopi Goldberg. She has sung on over one thousand recordings in movies, albums, television shows, commercials, live shows and more. She teaches and performs in both classical and popular styles. Darlene has authored “Tune Your Voice,” a 94 page book with 7 instructional CDs for singing, ear-training, basic music theory distributed worldwide by Alfred Music.
