Cavat School of Theatre Arts and Agency


Cavat Theatre Arts has over 300 pupils attending from all over the borough of Croydon, Purley, South Croydon and Sanderstead from 18 months old to adults.

The school was founded by Jean Aslett & her mother Vera Sibley in 1987 teaching just modern and tap. The school has expanded and now offers Drama, LAMDA Speech and Drama, Singing, Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Street dance and Tap classes, Tiny Toes Ballet from 18 months & Boys Street Dance Class.

Exams are taken in all genres of dance, singing, musical theatre and Lamda Speech and Drama The School is now run by Caroline Aslett and managed by Jessie Hay who both originally trained at The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London and went onto a varied career in the entertainment world such as pop videos, cruise ships, cabarets, UK tours and pantomimes.
