Authentic
Voice offers a powerful set of tools for freeing your voice -
physically and emotionally.
In Authenticity work,
learn how to honour yourself, your own truth and experiences, your own
values, your deepest aspirations, and find a way to live and work
that you can be proud of, that makes the best of yourself, as well
as contributing positively to your family, friends, community,
workplace, and all those whose lives you touch.
Harnessing the Power of Authenticity as an individual, or as a team, enables us to make a significant and positive impact without losing ourselves in the process. |
In Communication
work, explore how you can master
your voice, language and behaviour to
enhance the situations that matter most
to you - personal relationships,
social life and
your work.
You can choose for the development goals to be open
and broad, or use a focused personal coaching package, such
as Key
Communication, or Leading
through Authentic Conversations.
Authentic Voice works with people from all walks of life,
including providing high level coaching to senior executives.
|
In Voice
work, learn about what is involved in creating
vocal sound,
whether singing or speaking. This includes systematic training
in the physical processes and developing true vocal
freedom
through understanding the holistic
nature of voice.
Engaging with the personality, including
thought processes and emotional make-up, is integral to successful
voice development, vocal expression and performance - what sports and
performance
psychologists call the 'inner game'.
Authentic Voice also offers
training in voice care and vocal rehabilitation. |
Voice and
Communication combined
While Voice work and Communication work are two distinct areas of
Authentic Voice,
there is
also a strong relationship between them. Our voice may be fine in one
context, but be problematic in another. This is often because the context
of using the voice - the interpersonal dynamic, emotional
association (conscious or otherwise) or what is at stake in the
situation - is affecting our ability to vocalise or communcate easily.
To work on voice and
communication is simultaneously to work on the self, and the
two
mutually support each other. |
