Ivor Flint is a voice teacher and tenor soloist. He is an expert vocal technician teaching privately. He periodically runs workshops, seminars and master classes.
Ivor began teaching singing and voice in 1982 and has since gained a reputation as a first class voice teacher working with classical, contemporary singers and actors.
He is highly qualified with many years' experience. He continues his professional development keeping ahead of current thinking in the development of voice science which he links with his extensive knowledge of older schools of singing. He thus combines the old and the new into a thoroughly effective approach individually tailored for each student.
Ivor also performs as a tenor soloist in opera, oratorio and gives recitals. He studied singing in London and in Germany. He has performed with companies including Handel Opera, The Music Room, Barrezzi Opera, Northern Ireland Opera Trust, Musica Nel Chiostro and in addition, broadcast on BBC Radio.
