Registration and Login

Creating an account and adding ONE basic listing is FREE of charge. If you require more than one listing or would like a featured listing, you may upgrade your FREE listing to one of our PREMIUM memberships. Fees and features for all membership levels are provided on the COMPARE MEMBERSHIPS page.

Go to http://www.singing-teachers.co.uk/directory click on Submit Listing to Register. 

It is a mandatory requirement to fill in all the fields marked with red. Choose a username and password to use for login purposes. You are advised to keep these safe for future reference. Enter a valid email address into the box provided as this will be required to confirm your registration and is used by the password reminder feature if you lose your password. 

Your password has to be at least 8 characters long, please do not use your email address, spaces, ampersand, inverted commas or other special characters. 

Once you have registered you will receive an email with a link that must be clicked to activate your account. 

After registration you can access your account by using the Login Now option located in the Singing Teachers Directory Menu.
 

If you failed to receive our registration email confirmation there are two possible reasons: 

1. You entered an incorrect email address into the registration form. 

2. Your email client has rejected our email. Please ensure that singing-teachers.co.uk domain has been added to your whitelist.

3. Your email provider has blocked our site - this typically occurs with HOTMAIL and AOL, despite all site and email compliance rules which we follow to prevent this happening. We advise using a different email address (not Hotmail or AOL), to register and to include on your listing.

4. Your email client has diverted our email into your spam / junk folder. Please check this and if the email is present, ensure that it is marked 'not junk' and the domain added to your email whitelist. 

You may choose whatever you wish to use as the username and password for your login details. Please DO NOT use spaces, special characters or inverted commas in your username or password.

Note that the username and password fields are CASE SENSITIVE! so :

yourlogin   ...   is not the same as ... YOURLOGIN ... or .... YourLogin

any of the above formats are acceptable, however, the username and password you choose must be entered EXACTLY the same when logging in to the system or they will NOT work and login will fail!!

To register an account with Vocalist.org.uk Directory, click on Create Account link located in the left hand menu column or top navigation menu and complete the form provided then click the submit button.  You will receive an automated email containing a link that must be clicked to confirm and activate the account. Once active you may login to submit a listing. Please do not use a HOTMAIL email address when registering an account or in your listing as you will not receive the activation email or potential client enquiry emails. This is an issue with HOTMAIL an not our site!

To include a listing on the directory, you must register for a free account by clicking on ' Create Account' link located in the left hand navigation menu or in the top navigation menu. When your account has been activated you may login to submit a listing.  To add a listing from within the user control panel, click 'Advertise' link and complete each step. 

Title:  Enter a title for your listing - this MUST be a REAL NAME / STAGE NAME / BAND NAME / BUSINESS NAME or WEBSITE
           (We DO NOT allow the use of WEBSITE LINKS, KEYWORDS or CHARACTERS in the title)

Friendly URL: click the box and a friendly url based on your listing title will automatically be created.

Primary Classification/ Main Category: Select a main category in which your listing will be displayed

Sub-Categories: Other sections where you woule like your listing to be displayed. Please be careful when selecting these as you MUST provide the service that you enter or your listing could be rejected.

Short Description: Enter a short description about your services - this is displayed on search results so make it relevant.

Description: You may enter a long description about your business, website, service, band etc.,  Please do NOT use ALL CAPITALS or enter contact details and website links in this area.

Keywords: Enter keywords to help visitors to find your listing.

META Description:  Enter a brief description which will help visitors to find your listing in search engines (PREMIUM ONLY).

META Keywords: Enter keywords to help visitors find your listing in search engines (PREMIUM ONLY)

Phone: Enter a Telephone Number (optional)

Mobile: Enter a Mobile telephone number (optional)

Messenger: Enter a Messenger ID (PREMIUM ONLY)

Fax: Fax Number (optional)

Address Line 1: Business address

Address Line 2: Business address continued (optional)

Location: Use the selection box to find your country / region

Town/City: Enter the Town/City  (optional)

Zip Code: Enter your Postcode or Zip Code (optional)

Latitude: Click the link to find the latitude and longitude of your business location  (PREMIUM ONLY)

Longitude: Click the link to find the latitude and longitude of your business location  (PREMIUM ONLY)

Website: Enter your website URL  (No Affiliate Links allowed)

Email: Enter an email address (note that this is NOT displayed but visitors may contact you using the form provided). Please do NOT use a HOTMAIL address on your listing as potential client enquiries will not be delivered to you. Suggest using a more reliable email provider like Yahoo, Gmail etc.,

Logo: Upload logo - appears next to a listing in browse / search results also displayed on your listing (PREMIUM ONLY).

Click 'Submit' to save and submit the listing for review.

 Your listing will be be placed in the queue for review by the administrator and appear as Pending or Suspended in the system. When it has been reveiwed you will receive a notification email and if accepted, the listing will automatically appear on the public directory.

 

To login to your account go to

and click LOGIN NOW. Enter your username and password into the relevant fields then click the Login button.

To reset your password go to
http://www.singing-teachers.co.uk/directory
Click LOGIN NOW and in the next screen click the 'Forgot Password' link then either enter your USERNAME or your EMAIL address into the box provided. A randomly generated password will be sent to the email address registered on the system. Once received, you may login and change the password to something more memorable.

If you have lost or forgotten your username, please contact support, include the following details to confirm your identity and send your username:

Listing Title
Listing ID (if known)
Your full name as listed in My Account
Your Business or Organisation as listed in My Account and/or on your listing (if available)

If you have lost both username and password, please contact support, the following details will also be required for us to confirm your identity and send your username:

We are unable to send passwords which are encrypted on the database, nor will we ever ASK you for your password which may be reset using the Forgot Password link once you have received your username.

 

Please contact support, include the following details will also be required for us to confirm your identity, reset your email and send your username:

Email address that was orginally registered on the directory
Your NEW Email address
Listing Title
Your full name as listed in My Account
Your Business or Organisation as listed in My Account and/or on your listing (if available)

 

To LOGOUT of your account from within your user control panel, click LOGOUT link in the left hand navigation menu. If you are browsing the public directory you may logout of your account by clicking on MY ACCOUNT and then use the LOGOUT link in the navigation menu.

The username and password fields are case sensitive, so must be entered EXACTLY with no spaces before or after the text or the login will fail.

If the login is unsuccessful, you have 4 more attempts before your account will be locked for 20 minutes. This is a new security measure to prevent unathorised access to our members accounts by registration bots and hackers DOS attacks. Once your account is locked you must wait 20 minutes before attempting to login again.


Reasons your login may be unsuccessful include:

1. Entering the wrong username or password. Both are CASE SENSITIVE and must be entered EXACTLY the same as when you registered or will fail.

2. Entering a space before or after the username or password will cause login to fail.

3. Use of capitals, numbers or characters that are not allowed.

If you have lost or forgotten your password, you may reset it by using the PASSWORD REMINDER feature.

User Accounts

To change your password, login to the user control panel then click 'View/Edit Account' link located in the left hand navigation column marked MENU.

In the next screen scroll down to the end of the form to the Change Password section. Enter your existing password into the Password field then enter the new password into the New Password and Repeat Password fields then click SUBMIT.

Next time you login, you will need to enter your new password.

Click the 'Home' link located in the 'Options' section to return to your account main status page.

Answer: If you have ceased teaching or no longer wish to have an account to list your services on the singing teachers directory, use the site contact form, to request an account deletion. Please use the email address provided on the original account request along with your username and link to any existing listing. 

To change your email address for your user account, login and click View/Edit Account, in the next screen enter your new email address into the field provided, then scroll down to the end of the form and click Submit to save.  Please note that changing an email address in the MY ACCOUNT section DOES NOT change the email address you entered on your public listing.  To change this see the LISTING INSTRUCTIONS.

To edit your account details, login then click 'View/Edit Account' link located in the left hand navigation column marked MENU.

In the next screen the account editing form includes several fields that may be edited. Please note that information and images added in this section WILL NOT appear on the public directory and are purely for ADMINISTRATIVE information ONLY.

The Directory Home link which is located in the user control panel andin the main directory navigation menu will take you to the public directory without logging you out of your account. You may browse the public directory and come back to the user control panel at any time by clicking 'My Account'.

Listing Instructions

To add a listing from within the user control panel, click 'Advertise' link and complete each step.  When you have finished adding information, click the submit button.  Your listing will be be placed in the queue for review by the administrator and appear as Pending in the system. When it has been reveiwed you will receive a notification email and if accepted, the listing will automatically appear on the public directory.

Your Singing Teachers Directory unique listing ID number is displayed in your directory user control panel in the View/Edit section.

Please use the contact form to report errors that occur when attempting to submit, view or edit a listing including all relevant details so that we may resolve the issue.

Listings are usually rejected for one or more of the following reasons: 

1.  The site/company is already listed on the directory, please contact us if you feel this to be incorrect 

2.  The listing does not include a description of your services. 

3.  The site/company is not training or voice related or offer services relevant to the directory 

4.  The site/company contains inappropriate or offensive content including but not limited to hacks, warez, porn, adult content 

5.  The site/company has been blacklisted due to complaints from our users/visitors.

6.  The listing was submitted using ALL CAPITALS. Please resubmit using standard text. 

7.  The website url (if available) is broken or unreachable when we attempted to review it. Please check the link and resubmit.

8. The site/company title contains alpha numerical or other unassociated symbols in an attempt to be displayed at the top of the other listings. We do not condone or allow this practice and automatically reject all attempts to bypass our standard listing practices.

9. The listing title contains terms like Singing Teacher, Vocal Coach or other keywords which are not allowed. Please resubmit using JUST your name, business name or company title.

Members may submit ONE Free listing which may be entered into several categories and upgraded to a paid/premium listing at any time. There are no limits to how many PAID / Premium listings a member may submit as long as they are for different services/businesses/websites. We do NOT allow duplicate listings.

The information you provide in the My Account section is NOT a LISTING, nor are the details entered there used on the public directory. It is purely for administrative purposes and NOT required unless the member chooses to upgrade to a PREMIUM listing.

To advertise your business/services, you must submit a listing by clicking on 'Advertise' and completing the form/s provided. The only contact / address details that will appear on the public directory are those that you chose to enter into the 'ADVERTISE' listing form.

We advise ALL members NOT to include their full home address in public listings which only require business details. If no business address is available or required, one or more of the following:  Town/City, County/State/Region, Country or postcode of business owner/operator will be sufficient.
 

 

In the user control panel the Orders page is where your orders (LISTINGS) are displayed. From this section you may view/edit your existing listing/s and details on when they were placed, the order number, date and product type of your listing. 

Unregistered visitors may place a listing ORDER by visiting the Compare Memberships page and clicking Order Now link at the bottom of the listing membership plan.  You will then need to register before continuing the process.

To 'Order' a listing from within your user control panel, click on Advertise and select the membership level (only one FREE listing per user/business is allowed with the exception of FRANCHISES which have independant operators), complete the form and click the Submit button to save and submit the listing for review.  Once your listing has been approved, you will be able to view and edit it by clicking 'Orders' in the left hand navigation panel.

 

Favourites  are a new feature that enables members to bookmark listing pages. Each listing includes a favourites icon which when clicked will add the listing to your Favourites in the user control panel. You may 'add' your own public listing as a favourite, and/or those of your friends and collegues. This is a useful feature for educational institutions and franchises who may have multiple listings and keep track of their collegues, associate teachers and friends pages. Adding a favourite DOES NOT provide access to their user account and is only availble to registered MEMBERS.

To edit your listing, click on 'Orders' then click on the 'edit' image Edit  located in the MANAGE column on the right hand side of the listing.  In the next screen, click again on the Edit link to access the editing form, scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your new email address then click 'Submit' to save.

To View, Edit or Delete an existing listing, login to your account, then in the user control panel, click 'ORDERS' link in the left hand navigation menu. A list of the orders (listings) you have placed will appear in the centre of the main screen. To edit your listing, click  EDIT   in the MANAGE column on the far right hand side of the screen.

In the next screen you may view the original order details, underneath is the Manage Product/Service section of links to enable the user to do one or all of the following depending on the membership level; note that some links will only appear if you have a PREMIUM / PAID Listing.

You may view your listing by browsing or searching the public directory. You may also view your listing from within your user control panel by clicking the 'ORDERS'  link in the left hand navigation menu. A list of the orders (listings) you have placed will appear in the centre of the main screen.

Click on EDIT  in the Manage column on the far right hand side of the screen then in the next screen click
'View Public Listing'.

Login to the user control panel then click 'ORDERS'  in the left hand navigation menu. A list of the orders (listings you have placed will appear in the centre of the main screen. To DELETE  a listing, click DELETE   located on the right hand side of the screen in the MANAGE menu.

All listings are manually reviewed on submission and again when members edit a listing. Once a listing has been edited it will be suspended and appear in your control panel as PENDING or SUSPENDED until the administrator reviews and approves the edits.  Reviews may take between a few minutes to 48 hours depending on the amount of listings in the queue.

To ensure that your listing passes the approval process, please follow our LISTING GUIDELINES.

Our listing guidelines are simple:

We only accept links that are relevant to our site (i.e., educators in voice, singing, music), all other link submissions will be rejected and deleted without notice including links to websites that are just affiliate links!

1. Only a REAL NAME / STAGE NAME / BUSINESS NAME / COMPANY NAME may be entered in the TITLE column of a listing. KEYWORDS are NOT allowed in the TITLE.

2. Do NOT use any of the following characters in your listing or title :  & (ampersand), ' (apostrophe), " (quotation marks).

3. Do NOT use any currency symbols in your listing - a price / fee is allowed but must use the currency code i.e., GBP, CAD, USD

4. Do NOT include website links/urls, email address, telephone number or full business address in the description box, please use the fields provided.

5. Only ONE website link/url is allowed in the url field - the link to your website will appear next to your listing and when clicked the system will register the outgoing visitor to your site in the STATS.

6. No AFFILIATE LINKS are allowed in the website link/url field.

7. We do NOT accept ANY listings other than TEACHERS or EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS on Singing-Teachers Worldwide Directory

We advise all members to check this section and note the above guidelines BEFORE submitting a listing. Not only does this help US process listings but also prevents YOUR listing from being rejected and/or deleted.

 

 

Upgrading

Featured/Premium listings are currently not available as we are changing and configuring various features. Once this process has been completed, we will advise existing members of the fees, features and upgrade process plus include this information on the FAQ.

Please note that PREMIUM LISTINGS are currently not available, but when enabled, in most cases a listing will be upgraded immediately after payment and you will be able to access the Premium features via the user control panel.

If you are unable to see the links to add/edit our premium features within your user control panel, please contact us with details of the payment date and any other information so we can endeavor to fix the problem.

Please note that changes to the originally accepted listing title, description or other fields will cause your listing to be hidden from public display and placed as Pending Review until our staff can check that the listing follows our Directory Listing Submission Guidelines.

If you encounter errors during the payment process whilst attempting to upgrade your listing online, contact us including your name, listing title, email address and all other relevent details.

Please note that we can only fix errors caused by our Singing Teachers Directory system. If the error you receive was caused by entering incorrect information to the payment processor or due to issues associated with their secure site, we may not be able to resolve this. We have no control or access to user accounts at Paypal or any other 3rd party payment processor. 

The invoice section is where you may view any paid invoices for upgraded / premium listings. The system will display the Invoice ID, Order number, date paid, date due (renewal date), total paid to date, balance and payment status.  To view your invoices, click on the Invoice link located in the left hand column marked Menu within the user control panel.  Note that an INVOICE will only appear if you have a PAID / PREMIUM Listing.
 

All listings are placed on hold when submitted, edited or upgraded and will appear as Pending or Suspended until reviewed by the administrator. Once reviewed, your listing will appear on the public directory. This process may take between a few minutes to 24 hours depending on the amount of listings in the queue.

All premium listings are randomly rotated in the Featured Listings box which is limited to how many listings are displayed, try refreshing your browser or browsing the directory and you will see your listing appear in the box.

Premium Features

We are still configuring the paid/premium listings so they are not currently available, but will allow listings to include a logo, banner, documents, images etc., depending on the membership level.

The image that appears next to your listing in results and within your individual listing is referred to as a LOGO. This feature is NOT available for FREE listings. If you have a PREMIUM listing, it is most likely that you have uploaded the image to your image gallery instead of to the logo section which can be found in the EDIT listing section. Click Orders > Edit > Edit  then scroll to the end of the edit form to the logo upload section.

PLEASE NOTE: This feature will only be available for PREMIUM Listings

In the user control panel, click 'Orders' then click  (edit). In the next screen, click 'Images' . In the next screen you may upload new images by clicking 'Add Image' or edit an existing image by clicking  (edit). When you have finished adding/editing images, click the Submit button to save.

Please note that images ust be no larger than 600x600 px  no more than 1000 kb. The following formats are allowed

A LOGO is the image that appears next to a listing when browsing and in search results.  The LOGO upload field is ONLY available for PREMIUM / PAID Listings.

To upload a LOGO, login to your account and click Orders then click Edit in the right hand side of the screen in the Manage column. In the next screen, click EDIT LISTING  then scroll down to the end of the form where you will find the LOGO upload field, click 'BROWSE' to find the logo image you wish to use on your computer hard drive.

Please note that images must be no larger than 300 x 300 px and no more than 1000 kb
The following formats are allowed:

In the next screen you may upload new documents by clicking 'Add Document',  click EDIT to edit an existing document, download  a document by clicking the file image or DELETE an existing document. Please note that you may only upload the following document formats:

doc : doc / docx (Word or similar word processing software document)
pdf : pdf - Adobe PDF

When you have finished adding/editing documents, click the Submit button to save.


In the user control panel, click 'Orders' then Edit . In the next screen, click 'Banners . In the next screen you may upload new banners by clicking 'Add Banner', or EDIT    or DELETE   an existing banner.

Please note that you may only upload the following image formats and sizes:

When you have finished adding/editing documents, click the Submit button to save.
 

All banners are randomly rotated throughout the directory pages along with other premium members banners. Try refreshing the page until yours appears.   Note that images, banners and documents will not display if a listing is Pending for review.

Classified Ads

A listing provides business or resource information to visitors in the form of a title, description and address. It has searchable fields to enable directory visitors to find you using keywords that match the service, business, company or website that you are listing.  A listing can only have ONE website url included in the field provided which ideally should go to the main official website of the owner. (Note that AFFILIATE links are NOT allowed at ANY time). Premium Listings may include a logo, image and document gallery or other features.

Classifieds are essentially special offers that are attached/associated with a listing i.e., an advertisment to promote their service or sell their product i.e., gift voucher, books, cd's.  The classified ad form includes the option to upload product images plus TWO website link fields  :

1. view link (enter a link to view the product / service on your own site or on a third party shopping site)
2. purchase link (enter a link to purchase the product / service using a payment gateway, or a link to purchase from your official site or on a third party shopping site)

The CLASSIFIEDS feature is ONLY available to registered members who MUST have an approved PAID listing before they can create Classified Ads.

 

Classified Ads are only available for PREMIUM LISTINGS. If you have an existing PAID listing, login to your account and click 'Orders'. In the next screen click 'Edit'  image then click 'Classifieds' > Add Classified. Complete all fields on the form (title, description, price, expiration date, view link, purchase link) and upload image/s (if available) then click Submit to save.

Please note that ANIMATED images are not allowed in Classified Ads.

General Queries

To claim a listing on the directory, first create an account, when registered, login and browse to the listing page the click 'Claim Listing' and provide details of your right to Claim listing ownership in the Comments box provided, then enter the security code displayed and click the 'Submit' button to confirm and send. 

A member of staff will review your claim and iff successful, the listing will be added to your account.  If unsuccessful, you may add your own company listing or request account deletion using the contact form.

Please Note: you must be the OWNER or legally appointed MANAGER of the business, service or website to claim a directory listing.  Also note that it is NOT possible to claim a PAID/PREMIUM Listing.

Question: I notice something odd when I login. All I have to do is fill in my name and my password is automatically filled in. Is this normal? Can anyone login to "changes", fill in my name and automatically gain access to change details on my entry?

Answer: What you are seeing is something that is generic with your own computer. When you have information saved in your history folder of viewed sites and depending on your computers settings 'passwords' and other saved information so should only be seen by you. Unless of course you use more than one computer to login and fail to clear out the temporary folders when you finish your session.

To remove this information from your 'history' folder, go to
Start > Settings > Control Panel > Internet Options
 
Depending on your operating system (XP, Win 98, Win ME) you should then have a pop up box which says Internet Properties. The first 'Tab' is usually opened at 'General' which includes a box or boxes with the terms 'Browsing History' or Temporary Files and Cookies. Click the button marked 'Delete' next to any of these terms and the system should then delete all record of your password and username. It is best to do this at the end of your session before you close down your computer. Next to the delete button is a Settings button which displays another selection of possibilities. Unless you wish to keep tons of pages in your computer it is best to click on the one next to 'Temporary Files' or Browsing History and find the box marked 'History'. Change this from the set number of days to 0 (or just 1 day) which will then auto delete all pages in your history folder. 
 
In that same set of boxes one of the top tabs will also display the settings for AutoComplete which is the thing that automatically saves whatever you type into the web browser address bar, online forms etc. To prevent usernames and passwords from being saved on your computer untick the boxes. To delete the stored form data and passwords click the 'General' tab and follow the instructions shown above.
 
Also in that box is an ADVANCED tab which when clicked will show a list of boxes. To prevent 'inline AutoComplete' untick the box next to it. Scroll down a little further and tick the box that says 'Empty Temporary Internet Files Folder when browser is closed' and the this will empty all unwanted files automatically.

 

Visitors may access and read most areas of the site including the searchable singing teachers worldwide directory without registering, but teachers who wish to add a listing will need to register. 

Answer: To add a review or opinion about a teacher, product or service, browse to the teacher/company individual listing then click Add Review. Complete the form provided. (Red stars mark REQUIRED fields). Then click the submit button.


Review Guidelines:
Tell us what you like or dislike about the teacher / company / product or service but please be POLITE and CONSTRUCTIVE and include reasons to support your opinion. 

Please note: All submitted reviews are manually checked by the administrator and will not appear in the directory unless it is approved. Reviews of less than 20 words are automatically rejected, as are those that fail to include a valid reason (positive or negative) for your opinion. Teachers may request removal of a negative review if they feel the submitter has unfairly judged their services.

To read reviews browse to the teachers listing then click on Review link located in the right hand column next to the teacher/company description. The number of reviews a listing has is displayed in brackets () so (0) means that no reviews for that teacher/company/product/service have been submitted or accepted yet. 

 

Use the contact details i.e., Phone, Mobile, Fax or Address (if supplied) on the teachers individual listing or click the 'Send Message' link located on the top right hand side column of their listing.

Browse the Categories, the A to Z listings or use the search box provided. Enter the town or county into the keyword box then click 'Search'.

To print the details of a listing, browse to the teacher/company individual listing then click 'Print' located in the right hand column next to their description. Ensure that your printer is connected and switched on.

You can search for any record in the listings database using fragments of contact information or complete words in your query. 
If field is empty, it is not used in search query. 
Leave all fields empty to get all listings from the database. 

Enter the Country, Region, State, County or Town in the location field to list teachers locate in your area.

If nothing was found, please, try to search for plural forms of the requested item. 
System searches for the specified words in COMPANY NAME, ITEM NAME, IMAGE NAME and DESCRIPTION fields. You may also define the location of the business although this may return 0 results if there are no listings in that area.

To send information about a teacher, product or service to a friend, browse to the teacher/company individual listing then click 'Mail To A Friend' located in the right hand column next to their description. Complete the form provided. (Red stars mark REQUIRED fields). Then click the submit button.

To get the list of products and services a company offers, or purchase/book with the teacher directly, browse to their listing then click the 'Products' link to preview their list. To purchase products/services click the 'Purchase' link which will take you to the companies purchase page or payment gateway. (if available).

Please Note: Some products and prices may also be listed in the teachers description i.e., Private Lessons: 20.00 GBP per hour.

To view a teachers document gallery (if available) browse to their individual listing then click on 'Documents' located in the right hand column. Click the document or document name to view and download the document. (Opens in a new window).

To view a teachers image gallery (if available) browse to their individual listing then click on 'Images' located in the right hand column. Click the image or image name to view the full size picture (Opens in a new window).

Click the company name for detailed description, offers and contact information. To return to the current category, click its name in the status bar.

To find out the geographic location of the business, please, click 'View map' link (if available). This opens in a new window to display the location via a 3rd party site (Google maps/Yahoo maps/Mapquest) where you may also request driving directions (if available).

This feature is still a bit buggy so if the location fails to display correctly, check the information in the search bar of the 3rd party site. These details may have to be adjusted by removing duplicates i.e., London, London or narrowing down the search term.

The security code is an automatically generated set of alpha-numerical digits which are displayed on various sections of the directory to prevent automated submissions from spam robots.

You must enter these digits you see, into the box provided, to confirm that you are are a real 'live' person!

Failure to enter the correct code when it is displayed will result in an error message and auto generation of a new code. If you are unable to view the security code, please check that you are using a compatible browser or use the directory contact form to send us a query including details of the issue.

If one of the members listed on our directory has been found spamming other members, you may report them by browsing to their listing and then click 'Report Abuse'.  In the next screen provide details which will be taken into consideration.  Members found spamming other members will have their listing and account deleted.
