Adam Hepkin trained classically at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama for three years before taking a postgraduate diploma in Professional Musical Theatre at the Bristol Academy of Performing Arts, studying under one of the countries most prolific vocal tutors.He has toured the UK as a professional, taken roles in various TV series and was the recipient of the international award Best Male Gilbert and Sullivan Performer.Adam approaches singing from the actors perspective and is therefore suitable for those who wish to give a fully rounded performance and are interested in Musical Theatre and Operetta etc. Whilst much attention is given to the voice in performance and the importance/meaning of text, this is balanced by technical singing and an understanding of vocal physiology.Although happy to teach all ages and levels, Adam is most suitable for people who are 16 and over. Whether you want to pursue a career in singing and performance or you simply want to sing in a safe and enjoyable way, each lesson in catered to the individual's needs.Adam is also available to coach amateur operatic/musical societies and work on performance in song for shows and/or auditions with groups or individuals and will travel anywhere in the country. He currently has bases in Bristol, Sheffield and Shepton Mallet.
