 Uptown Charlotte Voice Studio Professional Voice Lessons: Now Enrolling VOICE LESSONS I teach Pop, Classical, R n B and Country, I can teach the Beginning thru to Advanced Level. I teach Students from the age of 13 on up how to sing correctly and read music. We will be singing pieces of different styles from a few method books as well as other Classical pieces. Also, we will go over pieces and etudes that will strengthen your technical skills intricately. I also assist musicians with working on specific projects, such as: auditions, studio recording, etc. In teaching singing I use different approaches depending on the needs of the student. For some students, I emphasize reading music and ensemble performance. For others, I emphasize ear training, production, and individual performance. I always emphasize good body mechanics and active listening. I emphasize good technique as well as repertoire and style.
