![]() Roger Moisan After studying at Trinity College of Music Roger Moisan pursued a successful freelance career including performances in a number of West End productions such as Les Miserables and appearing at the Edinburgh Festival. Following this were a number of performances with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra and various solo recitals in London and Southampton. Since 1997 several guest solo appearances have been made with the acclaimed Corelli Ensemble founded by the cellist Adrian Shepherd MBE. He featured on a number of BBC recordings including the contemporary opera La Malinche by the composer Paul Barker and has performed regularly with members of the London Philharmonic Orchestra under conductor David Angus. In 1990 Roger Moisan performed Haydn’s Trumpet Concerto on BBC television. He is currently in demand as a trumpet player, soloist and composer for brass band.
