I have worked as professional singer for 19 years although my experience as a performer began at the age of 6 within the musical theatre genre. I have tons of experience in live performance and recording and have toured the world with various bands, Freakpower with Norman Cook, Motherearth, Izit, Nightmares on Wax to name but a few. I have taught for twelve years in a private capacity and also in a group environment,adults and children at theatre schools. Currently coaching group sessions at the R.A.W Theatre School, Walthamstow. Also worked as a vocal coach for Pop Idol 2003. There is much to learn, and the most important thing is to have fun while you do it. Singing benefits everyone as it is one of the most valid forms of expression. If you aren't feeling the right things while you sing then neither will your audience. Classes cover breathing, posture, vocal excersises, technique, auditions, mic control, performance, confidence, expression and direction of ability. Plus lots of fun while you work hard to improve your singing. I also work with vocal groups and bands creating vocal arrangements and producing vocals whether for live performance or recording.
