 Liz Harley Liz Harley is both an accomplished singer in her own right, and one of the leading professional singing teachers/coaches in the UK. She started The Voice Studio in 1995 with the aim of encouraging singers - from beginners to professional performers - to explore their true vocal potential. She works with singers (of all ages) covering all aspects of vocal technique including repertoire, confidence and performance skills. She works in many different genres/styles including classical, music theatre, jazz, rock and pop and helps with exams, audition and performance preparation. Alternatively, people who are simply curious and wish to explore their singing potential are equally welcome. One to one lessons are 48.00 GBP per hour and 42.00 GBP for full-time students and young people under the age of 18. People book and pay as they go, so there is no requirement to pay in advance or book a series of lessons. Lesson times are Monday-Saturday (including evenings - except on Saturdays). Liz Harley LGSM CAS GSMD was classically trained at the Guildhall School of Music, before performing as a contralto soloist both in this country and abroad with, among others, the RSNO, the Northern Sinfonia, The Halle and the Welsh Chamber Orchestra. She has also sung principal roles with the English National Opera, Scottish Opera, the D'Oyly Carte Opera and the Gran Teatre de Liceu, Barcelona.
