Specialising in rock, pop and jazz, Lesley Davies (DipMus(Hons) CTABRSM) is an experienced teacher and performer offering lessons on either an individual or group basis. She currently teaches in Manchester, Buxton and Glossop. Lesley has sung professionally as a soloist, in bands and as a session singer. Training is evidence based and dedicated to science and research to bring out the very best in your voice. Lesley offers all aspects of singing tuition and vocal coaching including harmony singing, improvisation, preparation for performance and music theory. She also organises concerts to give students the opportunity to sing live in front of enthusiastic and responsive audiences. Lesley says: “I love to sing and I love to teach and share knowledge. For everyone – irrespective of age – singing is therapeutic, self-confidence boosting and fun and techniques such as strong posture and core stability all serve to promote good health”.
