I have had 7 lessons from Helen and have enjoyed every second of the lessons! She is a friendly and extremely patient teacher. She is very clear with her instructions and helps me in great detail on how to sing songs to the best of my ability.
My voice has got stronger and the break that I had in my voice has gone. Notes that I used to find myself straining for seem so much easier now. I can sing them more effortlessly. I have still so much to learn but just going to the lessons has opened up my mind so much. The lessons are so interesting.
I would highly recommend Helen. I have had a few lessons with other teachers before I found Helen and these werent half as fun. I have learnt so much about my voice and will continue to take lessons with her.
If you are looking for a friendly, approachable and highly skilled singing tutor Helen is the one. :)
I am addicted to improving my voice even more ever since I started these lessons :0) .

Speech Level Singing has improved my voice in such a short space of time. The changes are gradual but really make a difference. On my very first lesson i heard the difference in the way i normally sing and the improvment when using the technique. When singing at gigs before these lessons, my voice would tire very easily and i would transpose songs down a key in order for me to reach the high notes. Performing a gig after having just a few lessons, friends would tell me how much stronger my voice sounded, i wouldnt tire at all and could quite easily sing for double the length of time.The songs can be pefrormed in the correct key as i found i could hit the notes after all.
I really enjoy my lessons, they are such fun and interesting too!!! The SLS technique is not just a singing lesson. It teaches you how to perform and deliver a song as well as the way to look after your voice. I would recommend this technique to anyone!
