Gina Sanders
Gina has appeared as a soloist with all of NZ's leading orchestras, opera companies and choral societies, is a Concert FM National Artist and has recorded for ABC in Australia. She has performed at the Melbourne, Nelson, Bay of Islands, Taranaki and NZ International Festivals and given recitals in London, Singapore, Taiwan, Tokyo, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Paris, Rome, Rarotonga, Norfolk Island, Jersey, Rome, Rimini, and several Australian cities. She has a combined oratorio and operatic repertoire of 60 roles, holds seven degrees and diplomas in music, education and languages, is an Associate of IRMT(NZ) and a sought after teacher and adjudicator of voice. She has released three CDs: Tonight, Somewhere and Love's Philosophy. Since 2003 Gina has made three international tours, and has been invited to return to Italy and other parts of Europe in 2007 to repeat her much praised tribute concert to the great Italian soprano, Renata Tebaldi. Gina is a vastly experienced teacher and has conducted many international masterclasses. She maintains a studio with a selected group of students.
