 David Sheppard David has been working in the fields of contemporary and early music for over Fifteen years. His experience ranges from singing and performing to teaching and leading workshops. Singing as a soloist has recently taken him to Welsh National Opera and English National Opera, whilst his most recent vocal workshops were in Florence, Italy and Cambridge UK. About My Approach: My approach to teaching is to engage the body and to free the breath. Using sources as diverse as The Bel Canto School, Yoga and Pilates I help my students acheive a full knowledge of the body in relation to singing. The fundamentals of singing are covered, whilst each student discovers their own individual voice. I also offer music theory and sight reading for singers in a fun and relaxed environment.
