![]() Arvon Foundation Residential Songwriting course: Writing Lyrics Which Sing, tutored by Maria McKee and Astrid Williamson. 11-16 June at Lumb Bank, The Ted Hughes Arvon Centre.Spend a week's retreat studying Songwriting: a chance for committed songwriters to develop their craft, as well as receiving detailed constructive feedback on their work so far. The course will look at lyrics, melody and structure, using a variety of stimulating exercises designed to help you create new and striking work. No experience is necessary, other than being able to accompany yourself on an instrument (to any level!) and being happy to collaborate with other students.
